Troubleshooting Errors: We can’t sign you in with these credentials because your domain isn’t available

The software cannot reach the domain in order to validate the username and password combination. Windows cannot authenticate the set of username and password as it is not a known user profile.

Option 1: Connect the system to the domain either physically or through VPN and retry.

Option 2: Use a set of credentials that do not require an active domain connection. This can be:

  • A local account – any local account
  • The current logged in account irrespective of whether it is local or domain.
  • A domain account that can log into Windows. Any domain users that have an active profile on this system will be able to authenticate into the software.
